LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty is made by JOHANNUS ORGELBOUW B.V, through its appointed dealers, to the original retail purchaser of a new Johannus organ, type _________serial no ___________________

Johannus Orgelbouw B.V. guarantees that computer boards of the organ will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery to the buyer. Only freight and handling charges would be invoiced.

Cabinet, bench appearance and control items which are subject to normal deterioration due to use and time are not covered by this warranty. If you find any imperfections in any of these items, please bring this to the attention of your dealer without delay.

This exchange-warranty covers only the providing of computer boards, not the installation or the labor involved.

The Johannus Limited Warranty is provided through its dealer network. Service must be performed only by persons approved and supervised by the dealer. Should warranty questions arise which cannot be handled by the dealer from whom you purchased your instrument, contact Johannus Orgelbouw b.v., Ede, The Netherlands, immediately.

Johannus Orgelbouw b.v. does not by this Warranty assume any liability, mone­tary or otherwise, for labor or service performed upon the instrument. This Warranty will become void if the consumer subjects the organ to improper installation, accident or neglect or uses the organ in violation of instructions fur­nished by Johannus Orgelbouw b.v expressly excludes from this Warranty liability for defects or damage caused by installation of parts not con­forming to Johannus Orgelbouw b.v specifications. The adding of unauthorized electronics to any Johannus organ will void this Warranty.

JOHANNUS ORGELBOUW B.V. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT OR FAILURE OF THE ORGAN TO PERFORM.
